Karen Kao is a Program Manager for the Global Consortium for Sustainability Outcomes, where she focuses on strategic partnerships. Previously, she has worked with universities and colleges on developing and implementing their sustainability action plans, as well as on engaging faculty, staff, and students on positive social-behavioral change for sustainability.

Karen has also worked in the clean energy industry in Massachusetts, where she focused on energy storage and energy resilience as emerging markets.
